Steps ~ at a Glance
So, I started gearing up for fitness in the beginning of October. Here is an outline of how I’ve been doing this month:
Fri. Oct. 7, 2016 – Sat. Oct. 8, 2016
Signed up for 10 AM workouts (M, W, F)
Charged up by fitbit. Logged back into myfitnesspal and began to track my diet.
Sun. Oct. 9, 2016 – Sat. Oct. 15, 2016
Missed first exercise session due to flooding in neighborhood, due to hurricane Mathew.
Most Active Day: Fri. ~ 10,999 steps!
2/3 exercise sessions
Sun. Oct. 16 – Sat. Oct. 22
Most Active Day: Fri. ~ 9,628 steps
2/3 exercise sessions
Sun. Oct. 22 – Sat. Oct. 29
Most Active Days:
Wed. 11,123 steps
Fri. 10,335 steps
Sat. 11,209 steps!
3/3 exercise sessions
Overall it’s been a good month. I used a shopping list and planned meals better. I’m still struggling with my diet though. The last week of the month was the best as far as reaching my exercise and step goals. However, Halloween candy was a pitfall for me.
