I’ve been doing well with exercise and getting my steps in. I actually hit over 70K for a 7 day stretch, by walking outdoors as well as inside our local mall. I’ve gotten some extra shopping in too!
I picked up two non-fiction books in March, but only completed one, Wheat Belly. Even for that book, I skimmed some parts as it was somewhat technical. I followed one recipe from the book and wrote a post about it.

I read a debut novel (on the lighter side) that I accepted for review for April, Keep Me Posted by Lisa Beazley (release date April 5, 2016). With a title like that, how could I resist? Stay tuned for my review next week. (5 Stars: Loved It!)
