“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”
― Robert Frost

Thanks to Kathryn for hosting this monthly meme.
I hope you all had a great month and, for those in America, enjoyed the holiday weekend.
It’s been an exciting spring. We had ducklings born in our back yard (in the ground cover). Seeing them leaving our yard with their mama, headed toward a nearby lake, was just wonderful. The yellow duckling is amazing! We opened the back gate for them, and out they went! I ran to the front to catch images of them leaving.
I’ve included the video link here: DucksOnTheGo. (It may take awhile to load.)
Last month I decided to try audiobooks. Since I don’t have an iPhone, I purchased an iPod. My first selection was Miller’s Valley: A Novel by Anna Quindlen (5 Stars: Loved it!). My second was a debut novel, The Gates of Evangeline by Hester Young (4 Stars: Liked it a lot!). (See links to my reviews below.)
Considering the unexpected high cost of audiobooks, I decided to give a Audible try ($14.95/mo. + two free books).
I will be participating in a blog tour for Since She Went Away by David Bell and offering a free book giveaway. The Release Date for this novel is June 21. A copy of this novel will be sent to one winner from my blog, directly from the publisher. The contest will run from June 21st – July 18th. (Available for USA delivery only.) Stay tuned for more details!
I hope you all have a great summer. Does anyone have any special plans?
As always, thanks for stopping by or subscribing to PostingForNow.
